What you see
Go to Subscription. At the top is your plan with the price and whether you pay monthly or yearly, plus the date of the next direct debit. If you are still in the trial, it shows how long that runs.
Plan prices are excluding VAT. So 21% is added on top of the amount shown with your plan when you are charged.
Invoices and payment history
Under Invoices are all your invoices with their period and status (Paid, Open, Overdue), each with a PDF. Below that, Payment history lists the individual charges, including any still pending.
Payment method
Under Payment method you see whether a SEPA mandate is active. If it is, invoices are collected automatically through Mollie. If it is not, you issue one with Give SEPA mandate. Changed bank accounts? Use Renew mandate.
Changing plan or cancelling
Switch plans with Change plan. Your subscription renews automatically; cancelling is done by email, to the address shown on this page.
A free month
At the bottom is your personal invitation link. If a venue signs up through your link and becomes a paying customer, you get a month free. The same place shows how many venues signed up through you and how far along they are.
